This is the Lunar Faerie Tribe. They are set against the moon and stars, then brushed with mica powder pigments, Their hair is made of all original, limited edition canes created by Wanaree and their eyes are glass seed beads in a variety of colors, textures, and finishes. Measurements are height by width, including the bail they  suspend from. Though many of them have been purchased they are fine examples of what may still be available.
